Breakfast Recipes
1. Core and peel apples, slice into 12 pieces each and place all in crock pot.
2. Add Stevia, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
3. Add enough filtered water to almost cover apples.
4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
5. Cut-off slow cooker/crock pot, remove cover and let cool for about 30 minutes.
6. Scoop apples out with slotted spoon.
7. Add 1/3 at a time to blender and blend to desired consistency. Repeat with the rest of the apples.
8. Makes 10 servings, approximately 3/4 cup each.
2. Weekend Breakfast
I just love breakfast on the weekend. Don't you?
1. Place thick bacon in a non-stick skillet. When the bacon is nice and crispy drain off the fat and then add your red potato. Cook on medium heat 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in onions, cayenne pepper and chili powder. Pour egg product evenly over mixture; cover. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until mixture is set. Cut into 4 wedges.
